For the Sandwich:

  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to make the chicken marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and toss them until they’re evenly coated.
