How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Please send your DMCA takedown notice to us through our Contact page. Include 'DMCA Notice' in the subject line. We will review your notice and respond within 5–10 business days.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will: (1) remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, (2) notify the content provider of the removal, and (3) provide the content provider with the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice. The counter-notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Chili Recipe will terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We take this policy seriously and enforce it at our discretion.
